Elegant Poultry Dish
Pasta al Alfredo with chunks of poached chicken is a delicious dish. After Thanksgiving, turkey leftovers can be used in the same way. There are plenty of recipes on the web for Alfredo sauce; I use cream, butter, powdered skim milk, nutmeg and cheese. Shredded Parmesan tops this concoction, and blends well with poultry.
